Welcome to our latest project where we’re taking a bare, dusty plot and transforming it into a stunning modern Spanish Revival landscape. This project was special to us as the home itself has only ever had 2 owners. The first owner moved in when it was originally built in 1931.

You’ll see a warm terracotta patio surrounded by a drought-tolerant garden filled with vibrant succulents, aromatic lavender, and striking agave plants. The heart of this transformation will be a charming courtyard featuring a bubbling stone fountain, and soothing fire pit, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.

Our design includes a cozy outdoor dining area shaded by a thin steel pergola draped in flowering vines. The use of natural materials like terracotta, crushed rock, and wide plank cedar will enhance the rustic yet sophisticated feel.

This project isn’t just about creating a pretty space; it’s about crafting an inviting, functional outdoor environment that reflects the timeless allure of Spanish Revival architecture with a modern twist. Stay tuned as we bring this vision to life!
